Jurgen Klopp is reportedly Real Madrid’s No.1 target

Real reportedly enquired about the availability of the Tottenham Hotspur boss last summer following Zinedine Zidane’s abrupt departure.However, the Argentine has seemingly rejected the Spanish giant’s advances, as well as the lure of taking over at Premier League rivals Manchester United.According to The Independent, Real will now turn their attention to Klopp to replace Santiago Solari, with Juventus chief Massimiliano Allegri also a possibility.Although the former Madrid player is still technically in charge at the Bernabeu, it seems unlikely he will survive past the end of the season after Tuesday night’s huge upset in the Champions League.3

Pochettino was a reported target last summer

The holders were dumped out by minnows Ajax after a stunning 4-1 defeat at home.In order to generate excitement around the club once again and to wrestle back the La Liga crown from Barcelona, it seems president Florentino Perez will turn to Klopp.Jose Mourinho has not been completely ruled out due to his relationship with Perez.But there is a view from some at the highest level of the club that Mourinho is ‘finished’.3
